Session Fees and Pricing For Self-pay & EMDR Intensive Clients
Initial Consultation: $0 (15 minute phone call).
Out-of-Network Clients:
Self-pay rate: $150 per session (53 minutes) All self-pay clients are required to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). Learn more about the GFE in the Privacy & Policy section on this website.
EMDR Intensive Clients:
(Intensives are not covered by insurance and will not qualify for out-of-network reimbursement). The assessment is included in the fee. EMDR Intensive clients are also required to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE).
Intensives are $200 an hour and run 2-4 hours depending on preference and complexity of targeted issues.
Intensives are offered to 1-2 clients per month at this time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session. The remaining 50% will be charged on the day of your session.
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of any payment or deposit made. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled intensive are non-refundable, and the full session fee will be charged.
If you reschedule your intensive at least one week before the first day of the intensive, the deposit can be applied towards the rescheduled intensive.
If your therapist must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of scheduling the intensive session. All payments must be completed prior to the start of your scheduled session.
Payment Methods
I accept major credit/debit cards and fees can be paid via the client portal. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session. There will be a $100 fee for a no-show and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. The fee will be waived if able to reschedule within the same week.
This policy is for in-network insurance clients and self-pay clients. Insurance does not cover or reimburse cancellation fees and clients are responsible for the cancellation fee. A valid credit card on file will be charged for the fee.
Exceptions: I understand emergencies happen— we can discuss what constitutes an emergency.
Insurance Information
I am in network with with the following insurance providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna PPO. Some insurance plans may fully or partially cover telehealth services. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits.
For out-of-network clients, I can provide super-bills for reimbursements. Please contact your insurance provider for answers to these questions to determine your benefits.

Does my plan limit to how many sessions I may have in one calendar year?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it? Have I met it?
Do I need written doctor approval to cover mental health services?
Telehealth Billing and Reimbursement
My telehealth sessions comply with HIPAA regulations to protect your privacy. If you’re using insurance, I’ll handle the billing directly for in-network providers. For out-of-network claims, I’ll assist by providing necessary documentation (e.g., superbills)

*Fees for therapy sessions are subject to periodic review. Should a change in fees become necessary, clients will be provided with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before the new rate takes effect. This notice may be provided via email, client portal, or during a scheduled session.
